Winter Lights comes to the Bluffwalk

Winter Lights is a project to create vibrant, temporary public art that illuminates the Bluffwalk in mid-to-late winter, attracting visitors to visit downtown by car or on foot from the hour of dusk, 4 PM, until 10 PM each night for four weeks running from February’s First Friday, Feb 5, through the March First Friday, March 5.
